Also make sure to have all the Xbox crap installed. Some say block it with your fire wall others have said it worked for some when they didn't block it (I do not believe such BS). Still I can only advice you to look at Youtube and see if some of those tricks work for you. I've looked at a lot of videos of people who own the LEGIT version of this and they would get the same problem. Now I think this actually might be a problem with Gears of War 4 itself.
